Once this oral acid forms on your enamel, it immediately starts eating cavities into your teeth. Shockingly, despite the fact that acid is the cause of cavities, most traditional products are actually VERY acidic. These products have the potential to make your mouth worse after every use. Remember, the lower the pH means the higher the acidity. If your mouth rinse scores a 5.5 or lower on the pH scale, each use of the product is exposing your teeth to cavity-causing acid levels.
